Castlemartyr Holiday Lodges zijn gelegen op het terrein van Castlemartyr Resort naast het dorp Castlemartyr in County Cork. Dicht bij Garryvoe Beach, Fota Wildlife Park, Ballymaloe, Cobh, Cork City, Youghal en een hele reeks topattracties zijn deze vakantiehuizen de perfecte keuze voor een gezinsvakantie of groepsuitje in Ierland.
Belangrijke opmerking: Houd er rekening mee dat er geen toegang is tot het vrijetijdscentrum of zwembad van het hotel, maar gasten kunnen tegen een extra vergoeding gebruik maken van de golfbaan, het hotelrestaurant & bar-faciliteiten en het hotelspa.

De lodges zijn ruim en mooi ingericht. De open woonruimte is licht en ruim, met grote ramen van vloer tot plafond. Deze vakantielodge heeft twee slaapkamers en biedt slaapplaatsen voor 4 personen:

- Open woonkamer met smart flatscreen-tv met Netflix, YouTube en een reeks andere apps
- Keukengedeelte met TASSIMO Vicy-koffiezetapparaat

Leahy's Open Farm is gelegen in East Cork, op 12 minuten rijden van onze vakantiehuisjes in Castlemartyr en 3 mijl van het charmante dorp Dungourney. Een geweldige dag uit voor het hele gezin, met een grote selectie aan dieren, schapen en lammetjes, en knuffelige konijntjes die de kinderen kunnen voeren. Er zijn veel activiteiten op de boerderij, waaronder gekke golf, avonturenroutes & klimtorens, een hindernissenbaan en nog veel meer. De boerderij heeft ook een groot restaurant en koffieshop plus een selectie picknickgebieden.

Repair immediately any damaged items, ie. the door handle to the heat system area, the upstairs faucet top covers. Presentation is everything and when something is broken, it shows lack of care and attention. Some ideas: provide liquid hand-soap at every sink in refillable bottles, plenty of liquid dish soap, and enough dish tabs and laundry tabs for a week. Add a couple of microfibre dish cloths and several dish towels. Kleenex and paper towel are helpful as are makeup remover pads which will eliminate stains on white towels. Provide written explanations of the hot water system settings and the heated towel bars, this is important for foreigners. We were very happy with our stay, many thanks to Anna.

Having spoken to the home owner after I emailed your feedback they have advised me that all the issues you raised will be dealt with as soon as we have a break in bookings. We have had an extremely busy season so trying to keep on top of maintenance issues have proven difficult. Your ideas of supplying hand soap etc, have been taken on board. We have been in the business now of letting holiday homes since 1986 and enjoy excellent repeat business. We know that we must strive at all times to deliver excellent standards both in our customer care and accommodation. St. Patrick's Weekend stay, we had a 2 night break. Accommodation was lovely and a good base for getting to see the area. It would have been great to have a playground in the common area to entertain the kids when back at the Accommodation. But otherwise very nice.

Just spent a week here and have to say would 100% recommend. The lodge was so spacious for the 4 of us with ceiling to floor glass facing the back garden. Lovely quiet area, fully equipped lodge with hairdryer, iron, hand and bath towels and was spotbekijk meer
Just spent a week here and have to say would 100% recommend. The lodge was so spacious for the 4 of us with ceiling to floor glass facing the back garden. Lovely quiet area, fully equipped lodge with hairdryer, iron, hand and bath towels and was spotless clean. Beds were really comfy. Anne the host was a pleasure to deal with and had a lovely little welcome hamper for us when we arrived, bread, milk, butter and yummy buns. Was lovely touch. She checked in regularly during our stay to ensure we were getting on alright and if we needed anything. It's a few mins walk to the hotel but we couldn't use the pool there but was no problem in using the one in midleton Park otel which is 10 Min drive. Brilliant base to explore Cork. We visited Spike island in Cobh, tubing in Rosscarbery, perks in youghal, Darina Allen's Gardens and shoop and even got in some dog racing in the city. Fab week. We have been doing it for last no of years and have to say was the nicest and best places we have visited and would defo go back.

Location was perfect. The lodge has beautiful lawn out the back. We ate outside most days. The lodge was so spacious, perfect for our 1 year old toddler. Both rooms were massive with ensuites. Grounds of hotel are fabulous.
