The accommodation is lovely though requires some immediate attention which Anna knows. Maintenance is always an on-going process requiring continual vigilance. Repair immediately any damaged items, ie. the door handle to the heat system area, the uplus
The accommodation is lovely though requires some immediate attention which Anna knows. Maintenance is always an on-going process requiring continual vigilance. Repair immediately any damaged items, ie. the door handle to the heat system area, the upstairs faucet top covers. Presentation is everything and when something is broken, it shows lack of care and attention. Some ideas: provide liquid hand-soap at every sink in refillable bottles, plenty of liquid dish soap, and enough dish tabs and laundry tabs for a week. Add a couple of microfibre dish cloths and several dish towels. Kleenex and paper towel are helpful as are makeup remover pads which will eliminate stains on white towels. Provide written explanations of the hot water system settings and the heated towel bars, this is important for foreigners. We were very happy with our stay, many thanks to Anna.

Having spoken to the home owner after I emailed your feedback they have advised me that all the issues you raised will be dealt with as soon as we have a break in bookings. We have had an extremely busy season so trying to keep on top of maintenance issues have proven difficult. Your ideas of supplying hand soap etc, have been taken on board. We have been in the business now of letting holiday homes since 1986 and enjoy excellent repeat business. We know that we must strive at all times to deliver excellent standards both in our customer care and accommodation. We rely heavily on all our guests to give their honest feedback about any aspect of our holiday homes. Trident Holiday Homes look forward to welcoming you back in the near future. St. Patrick's Weekend stay, we had a 2 night break. Accommodation was lovely and a good base for getting to see the area. It would have been great to have a playground in the common area to entertain the kids when back at the Accommodation. But otherwise very nice.

House needs a bit of tlc, ground floor toilet leaking, unstable curtain pole in bedroom and lack of blind or curtain on one window which would affect light sleepers. Coffee pods were provided, but no coffee machine to use them. Places needed a good dplus

Just spent a week here and have to say would 100% recommend. The lodge was so spacious for the 4 of us with ceiling to floor glass facing the back garden. Lovely quiet area, fully equipped lodge with hairdryer, iron, hand and bath towels and was spotplus
Just spent a week here and have to say would 100% recommend. The lodge was so spacious for the 4 of us with ceiling to floor glass facing the back garden. Lovely quiet area, fully equipped lodge with hairdryer, iron, hand and bath towels and was spotless clean. Beds were really comfy. Anne the host was a pleasure to deal with and had a lovely little welcome hamper for us when we arrived, bread, milk, butter and yummy buns. Was lovely touch. She checked in regularly during our stay to ensure we were getting on alright and if we needed anything. It's a few mins walk to the hotel but we couldn't use the pool there but was no problem in using the one in midleton Park otel which is 10 Min drive. Brilliant base to explore Cork. We visited Spike island in Cobh, tubing in Rosscarbery, perks in youghal, Darina Allen's Gardens and shoop and even got in some dog racing in the city. Fab week. We have been doing it for last no of years and have to say was the nicest and best places we have visited and would defo go back.

The showers in both bathrooms did not work properly. The control mechanism for temperature did not work resulting in boiling showers. Also the locks on the doors need oiling. Other than wonderful accommodation.

Lighting is quite poor, difficult for reading. Had to wait for daylight to check what was in the wardrobe.
Also the plastic base in the shower is extremely slippy. I would not recommend that an elderly person use it.

The location, the surroundings and the lodge itself were absolutely remarkable. The lodges are bright with lot of space and it has all that you need to spend a relaxing holiday (as well as a powerful wifi). It is in a secluded and quiet area but stilplus

It is in a secluded and quiet area but still within walking distance from pubs and groceries. There's also a lot of things to do for families within few km (zoo, pet farm, beach...). The manager on site is very nice to talk with. We will book again for sure in the future.

We have stayed here on numerous occasions. We have enjoyed excellent service without exception. The location is wonderful with easy access to the seaside, shops and Cork city, not to mention things like Fota Wildlife Park for the kids. There's lots oplus

Only one thing to mention - the blinds on the main bedroom window had blinds and the cords were not secured and posed a risk to smaller children. The downstairs living area blind cords were secured but not upstairs. I found myself having to tie them plus
